Warranty Policy

We appreciate your interest in Enervol's products and services. By choosing Enervol, you are investing in exceptional quality and reliability. We are pleased to offer the following warranty coverage for our products:

1. Warranty Coverage

Enervol covers product performance when used correctly and following the product manual. Warranty periods are as follows:

  • For batteries >100Ah (new & like‑new): 5 years from the date of purchase.

We recommend thoroughly reviewing the product manual before installation and use, and following the guidelines strictly for proper battery operation.

2. Procedures for Warranty Claims

Issue Analysis: Issues will be analyzed within 24 hours to help restore battery use and provide optimal usage methods.
Replacement Process: If a product fails to function properly, the customer will be asked to help complete necessary battery tests. Upon confirmation that the issue is due to a quality defect, we will send a replacement battery. The defective battery must be returned to our US warehouse using the pre‑paid shipping label we provide. Our technical team will inspect and test the returned unit.
Refund / Replacement Services: From the date of purchase, if a quality issue occurs and the product fails to operate correctly, we offer replacement or refund services within the first 6 months. After 6 months, replacement services will be available until the end of the warranty period.

3. Warranty Conditions

  • Applicable only to the original purchaser. If gifted or resold, claims must be processed through the original purchaser. Original order information is required for warranty claims.
  • We will provide a pre‑paid shipping label for returns within the specified timeframe to the designated warehouse location.
  • Replaced or serviced batteries retain the original warranty period and do not extend it.
  • Failure due to incorrect handling, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or intentional damage is not covered. Products that fail due to improper installation, use, or maintenance as described in the user manual will not be eligible for warranty service.

4. Exclusions and Limitations

Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances will Enervol or its suppliers be liable or responsible for any loss of use, interruption of business, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if Enervol or its affiliates or suppliers have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so these limitations may not apply to you. Neither Enervol nor its suppliers will be held liable or responsible for any damage or loss to any items or products connected to, powered by, or otherwise attached to the Product. The total cumulative liability to the purchaser, from all causes of action and all theories of liability, will be limited to and will not exceed the original purchase price of the Product. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
