Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Enervol. We guarantee that all Enervol products have been rigorously tested before delivery. If you have any questions after receiving your product, please contact us via email at service@enervolbattery.com.

A. 30‑Day Return Policy

Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. Enervol will respond to return requests within 24 hours after receiving the customer's email. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:

  • Item must be in its original condition (unused, unworn, with tags).
  • Item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) must be provided.

B. Shipping Costs for Returns

Enervol Pays for Return Shipping if the return is due to one of the following reasons:

  • Item arrived defective and cannot be resolved with a replacement part
  • Incorrect item shipped due to our mistake
  • Order shipped to the wrong address by Enervol
  • Duplicate order shipped in error
  • Item malfunctioned within the 30‑day return period, when properly installed and used

Special Cases: If a return is due to quality issues, it must be shipped to the designated Enervol warehouse in the United States, and we will cover the return cost. However, if the return address is different from the original delivery address and this results in higher shipping fees, the customer will be responsible for the additional cost.

Customer Pays for Return Shipping: In cases of returns due to customer error, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid shipping label, with the cost deducted from the refund. For special shipping rates, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. After 30 days, customers can refer to the Enervol Warranty Policy for repairs and support services.

Important Guidelines for Damaged or Defective Items

  • Customers must provide photos or videos as proof of damage or malfunction.
  • Without proof, the return will be treated as "buyer's remorse," and the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
  • Claims of defective or damaged items must be verified before accepting returns — no exceptions.
  • For manageable issues, Enervol will provide free replacement parts and repair instructions to avoid returning bulky items.

D. Refund Policy

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and we will confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

E. Return Requirements

Refunds or returns are accepted if one of the following conditions is met within 30 days of receiving the product:

  • Product was damaged during transit (with proof).
  • Product is found to be significantly different from its description in one or more key areas.
  • Product has a performance failure not caused by user error. The customer must cooperate with any required testing to confirm the issue before a return is authorized.

F. Order Cancellation Policy

We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days. To cancel an order, please contact Enervol as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, you will be refunded within 12 hours. If the order has shipped, the customer must reject the delivery upon arrival. Once the package returns to the warehouse, a refund will be issued within 3 business days.
